It looks very much like other badges the First Nation tribes in the Oklahoma area use, so it likely belongs to a group with a history longer than America’s that now has ties to The Sooner State. Whatever the case, we loved this decorative item for its striking look. The colors glow rich and warm, echoing the tone of a metal clapper against the inner metal rim. As well as the solar warrior badge, the bell design boasts two different groupings of wildflowers. A trio of what look to us like irises is in low relief on the back of the circular handle. The official state flower of Oklahoma is the Oklahoma Rose. So this made it even more likely the bell is not meant to be a souvenir for the state, but a trinket for an affiliated community or region. A second bunch of flowers is below the main image. These have four petals each and they do not appear to be irises. All in all, this collector’s piece posed a few puzzles, but also provided a lot of good vibes. We hope it will fit someone else’s idea of a fantastic find. [Condition: Used Good.
