No FAQs here, only answers. This is an organic list of operating procedures that we will edit, append, and expand as time and need dictates. If you have a specific question that is not answered here, please feel free to CONTACT US directly.
Sales & Selling —
- All sales are final. There are no refunds or returns. Our entire inventory consists of used items for resale. We provide detailed information about the condition of each item based on our rigid conditional grading system prior to purchase.
- We do not provide consignment services or consultation on reselling used goods.
- We do not provide discounts.
- We do not provide wish list capability.
- We do not provide installment payment plans.
- We plan to open The Regionals “outposts” on third-party reselling platforms in the near future. Be on the lookout.
Packing & Shipping —
- We use only basic US Postal Service (USPS) options for shipping. We may expand to include additional USPS options in the future, and may add add’l carriers at some point too.
- We only ship to domestic U.S. addresses (which includes territories and overseas military). We may include North American shipping in the future.
- Due to our methodical attention to packing products, we are not responsible for objects or items broken or otherwise compromised during shipping.
Inventory Specific —
- If you have an interesting item, an estate sale lot, or something similar that looks the part of The Regionals inventory, CONTACT US directly through our site form.
- If an item is battery-powered, it has been tested and works. We do not ship objects or items with batteries.
